On Line Banking

Now you never have to leave home. You can access all your banking transactions at the click of the mouse, right from your home or office computer. Check your balances, verify your deposits, ensure that your checks have cleared and much more. Online Banking is FREE and available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

How To Access HomeBanking

New Users

1. Call Member Services to obtain a PIN (Personal Identification Number). 310.618.9111.

2. Verify your email address with Member Service Representative.

3.Click on the HomeBanking tab above. The HomeBanking login page will open in a new window.

4. Enter your Account Number, and your PIN in the space provided. (You will be provided a Security Token after completing further steps).

5. Click Login.

6. Complete all 5 Security Questions.

7. Click Continue. Your account information will display.

8. You will then be sent a Security Token to the email address we have on file.

9. Use your Account Number, Security Token, and PIN for future logins
*Note: Security Tokens are case sensitive.

If you do not receive your token within 10 minutes after completing your security answers, please contact the Credit Union to confirm your email address.

You can also access your account by telephone 24/7 by calling our TeleTeller line at 310.782.3937 or toll free at 866.782.3937. You will only need your account number and PIN.

Need to find an ATM quick? From any mobile phone Text MY CO-OP with your zip code and find the nearest surcharge-free ATM. In the body of the text, enter the address, zip code, or intersection. Send it to 692667 and in seconds you will receive a reply with the nearest CO-OP Network surcharge-free ATMs. Simply reply “More” and additional locations will be sent.
